ABA Abode is proudly owned and operated by Esther Roth, LBA, BCBA, a native New Yorker with extensive experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and related developmental needs. Under Esther’s clinical leadership, ABA Abode was founded with a commitment to ethical practice, individualized care, and meaningful collaboration with families.
Our practice is built on evidence-based principles and a strong emphasis on quality and accountability. All programs begin with thorough assessment and are thoughtfully designed to address each child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. Treatment plans are continuously monitored and adjusted to ensure progress remains meaningful, functional, and developmentally appropriate.
ABA Abode’s services are delivered by a highly trained and compassionate clinical team that includes Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and Behavior Technicians. Our clinicians work closely together to ensure consistency across environments and maintain the highest standards of care. Ongoing supervision, collaboration, and professional development are central to our model, allowing our team to remain current with best practices in the field.
We believe that lasting progress happens when families are supported and empowered. Through parent training, open communication, and a collaborative approach, we partner with caregivers to promote skill development that extends beyond therapy sessions and into everyday life. At ABA Abode, our goal is to help children build meaningful skills that support independence, confidence, and long-term success.
